With over 35 years in the Wine Industry he has overseen projects in Idaho, Colorado, and California.  Most recently, he was brought into Chateau Lane Winery shortly after the building permit was finalized.  Phil assisted in the Tasting Room design as well as creating a sales program the staff was able to achieve and surpass in a short amount of time.  Phil handled hiring and training of all staff members, as well as coordinating with the top executives to develop fair and equitable commission programs to keep the staff incentivized.  Through Phil's leadership, he successfully reorganized Chateau Lane's DTC and Hospitality programs, allowing the winery to clear a profit within the first year of operation.
